CPST/Case Management Services at Summit Psychological Associates, Inc.

Summit Psychological Associates offers Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) and Case Management (CM) for individuals with substance use disorders. The goal of CPST/CM is to assist the client in achieving personal independence for managing basic needs and daily activities. CPST/CM services include but are not limited to:

  • Assessment of client’s needs
  • Coordination in the delivery of services
  • Symptom monitoring
  • Linkage to natural support systems in the community
  • Advocacy and outreach
  • Facilitation and development of activities related to daily living
