We provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP’s) to help employees resolve personal difficulties before they become chronic and debilitating.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides employees and their family members with an agreed upon number of sessions at no cost to the employee. If sessions are needed beyond the EAP, services can be billed directly to the health insurance company.
The EAP is designed to aid employees and their family members in resolving personal difficulties. Referral issues may include but are not limited to:
- Stress and Anxiety
- Compulsive Behaviors
- Relationship Difficulties
- Family Problems
- Career Development Issues
- Anger Control/Domestic Violence
- Problems on the Job
